THE HIGH COMMISSIONER OF Grenada to the UK, Kisha Grant, has sent out a message to Grenadian Nationals, as they enter another week of lockdown.
She says for many, it’s been tough, mentally and otherwise, but praying and hoping Grenadians in the English diaspora continue to fight back.
High Commissioner Grant urges them to take a few minutes each day to meditate and calm their mind, do a bit of exercise, breathe, or just put their feet up for a few moments and relax and try to stay as balanced as possible during this challenging period.
She further sympathizes with those who have lost loved ones, especially on account of COVID-19.
Grant promises that the High Commission will keep track of all Grenadian nationals lost with the onslaught of the pandemic.
In part, she went on to state that in the coming days, she plans to meet with the executive of the Associations to explore further ways of support during this time and is looking forward to the day when COVID-19 will be a thing of the past.
