GTA LAUNCHES SECOND PHASE OF EXCELLENCE TRAINING PROGRAM

The Grenada Tourism Authority yesterday kicked off its second phase in a series of training in Customer Service Development.

48 persons were engaged in a four hour training which was held at the GIDC conference room.

Product Development Officer at the Grenada Tourism Authority Georgia Emery says proper customer service in Grenada is valuable.

Emery says the training is limited to a few hours, therefore allowing time for individuals to come out and benefit from such training.
