The Ministry Of Health announced changes to some of its COVID-19 protocols that have been implemented in the country’s fight against the coronavirus.
Health officials say the changes are being made based on the epidemiological situation and vaccination status.
This, the ministry says is due to the transitioning of citizens learning to live with the virus.
During another in the series of the Government’s weekly Post Cabinet briefings, Acting Chief Medical Officer Dr. Tyhiesia Donald, who’s also the Director of Medical Services, says there’s some easement in the process.
Dr. Donald also noted that contact tracing will be one of the protocols citizens will be relieved of.
