The High Court in Grenada is to issue judgment Friday in the matter pertaining to the Integrity Commission’s MNIB investigation.

When it came up for hearing earlier this month, the Attroney-at-Law, Cadjeton Hood, representing the former MNIB CEO in the matter, having failed to provide documents at a stated deadline, was ordered to provide written submissions for the court’s consideration.

The former MNIB CEO has challenged the legality of the Integrity Commission to launch an investigation into the MNIB over a six-year period, 2012 to 2018.

In the matter before the court, the Integrity Commission is being represented by Douglas Mendes of Trinidad and Tobago and Grenadian Attorney, Ruggles Ferguson.

Justice Godfrey Smith is expected on Friday to rule on the matter.
