Motorists will be spending 41 cents more at the pumps as the price of gasoline has increased in this month’s latest price adjustments.

Gasoline on mainland Grenada which was sold at $15.40 cents will now be sold at $15.81 cents.
Diesel will see a 47 cents increase from $15.33 to $15.80 and Kerosene will see an increase of 58 cents from $11.41 cents to $11.99cents.
The 20 lb Cylinder of cooking gas in Grenada remains at $40.00, while the 100 lb Cylinder will move from $261.75 to 257.50 a decrease of $4.25 cents.
Bulk will see a 5 cent decrease from 2.70 cents per pound to 2.65/lb.
In Carriacou and Petite Martinique the 20 lb LPG Cooking Gas Cylinder remains at $49.00, the 100 lb Cylinder like Grenada sees a $4.25 cent decrease from $284.75 to $280.50.
Bulk also sees a 5 cent decrease from $2.70/lb to $2.65.
The Ministry of Finance says it will continue to monitor petroleum product prices and will intervene as necessary if prices exceed $17.
Petroleum Product Prices of Gasoline, Diesel, and Kerosene within the tri-island State of Grenada are now fully harmonised in line with statements made by the Minister of Finance in the 2023 Budget Speech.
The new retail prices are computed based on the average of the actual cost, freight and insurance rates for Gasoline, Diesel, and Kerosene; however, for LPG, the mean Caribbean postings (Platts) for cost was used over the period January 26 to March 12, 2024.
Petroleum products are price-controlled goods; therefore, no retailer shall vary the stated prices Consumers are strongly encouraged to immediately notify the Price Control/Consumer Affairs Unit in the Ministry of Legal Affairs of any instance of overpricing at telephone number 440-1369.
