After much dialogue, we have reached a mutual understanding that the grand final of the 11th Annual Waggy T Super Knockout Football Tournament will be played this coming Saturday, 12th December 2020 as previously scheduled under strict (COVID) health and safety protocols.
The conditions are as follows:
· That the entire venue (Kirani James Athletic Stadium) is used to accommodate patrons for the final event.
· All patrons, players, officials, and staff MUST sanitize their hands upon entry.
· All patrons MUST wear of face mask or facial covering to enter the venue and for the duration of the event.
· All patrons, players, match officials, and staff MUST surrender themselves to temperature checks on entry into the venue.
· A record of all patrons, players match officials and staff attending the event (name, address, and contact number) will be kept.
· Seating will only be allowed at the recommended 6ft distance apart, as per physical distancing guidelines.
· There will be repeated sanitization of restrooms, throughout the hours allotted for the matches.
· At any given time no more than 3 persons will be allowed to stand at the bar or food vending stand to make their purchase.
· The assistance of the RGPF and health wardens will be sought to help with the enforcement of the (COVID- 19) and other safety protocols.
