Intercol Is Back In Action At The National Stadium 

Some 54 events were on the table today in the Republic Bank Grenada Limited Inter-collegiate Secondary School (INTERCOL) games.

Though the weather was not ideal, the games got underway at the Kirani James Athletics Stadium. 

It is understood some 17 schools participated in today’s event. 

Some of the noticeable absent schools were the Mac Donald College, the St. Joseph Convent Grenville, St. Marks Secondary and the Grenville Secondary among others.  

Sports minister Yolande Bain-Horford says the hosting of the games today was a stepping stone for students.

1^st place St. David’s Catholic Secondary on 83 points  

2^nd St. Andrews Anglican Secondary School 23 points   

3^rd Anglican high School on 22 points   

4^th Hillsborough secondary on 15 points   

5^th St. Joseph’s Convent St. George 13 points  

6^th Bishops College Carriacou 12 points  

7^th Boca secondary 8 points  

8^th The Happy Hill Secondary School and St. Johns Christians secondary school on 6 points each  

IN THE BOYS DIVISION  

1^st Grenada Boys Secondary School on 34points   

2^nd Hillsborough secondary on 31 points  

3^rd St. David’s Catholic Secondary on 27 points  

4^th Bishops College 17 points  

5^th The St. Andrews Anglican Secondary School and the Presentation Brothers College 15points  

7^th Westerhall Secondary 12 points  

8^th Boca secondary 8 points 

9^th Happy Hill Secondary School 5 points
