Interruption Notice – Tuesday July 7th, 2020 Plaissance Water System – St. Andrew

The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), advises consumers served by the Plaissance Water System in the parish of St. Andrew that the interruption in their water supply is due to high turbidity resulting from heavy overnight rains.

A timeline for restoration cannot be provided at this time.

The Plaissance Water System serves: Plaissance, La Cha Chute, Richmond, De Blando, Walker, Post Royal, Tuilleries, Battle Hill.

Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilize their stored supply taking into consideration the needs of their families and pets.

The Authority apologises for any inconveniences caused and thanks  consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe,  adequate and reliable water supply.
