Dead is 48-year-old Vaughn Francis of Perdmontemps, St. David.
Wee Fm News understands that the deceased was involved in an incident with his brother yesterday morning. It’s understood that the two men were in an argument when it allegedly escalated for the worst.
The nature of the fatal blow is unexplained.
Wee Fm News was, however, informed that Vaughn’s brother, who is currently in Police custody assisting with investigation, suffers from mental illness.
We received a report from the Police about the week-end homicide.
It says one person is in police custody assisting with investigation.
Preliminary investigations reveal that the 35-year-old was reportedly involved in an altercation with a sibling, which allegedly involved a violent act that resulted in the death of Vaughn Francis, 48 years, a Landscaper.
The district medical officer pronounced Francis dead at his residence.
An autopsy to confirm the cause of death is pending.
