West Indies and England began their 3rd and final test in the Apex series at the Grenada National Cricket Stadium yesterday morning.

Grenada’s Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell a cricket enthusiast and also a former national cricket player himself, says he expects to see exciting cricket in this test match.  

Prime Minister Mitchell sent out an invitation for all of Grenada, to come out and support the West Indies over the next couple of days.  

He says West Indies has been showing a fighting spirit in recent times and he expects keen competition in the match which will determine who claims the Richards–Botham Trophy.

Meantime the West Indies team manager Grenada’s own Rawle Lewis says so far both teams have showcased true sportsmanship and hard work.
