Junior Achievement Grenada Receives $30k Grant From Grenlec

Lone Electricity Company GRENLEC has once again confirmed its support to the 2016 -2017 Junior Achievement Programme.

As part of its commitment for youth development, Grenlec has pledged thirty thousand dollars which will assist students build self-confidence, as well as develop managerial and other business skills.

Students enrolled in the programme were given an opportunity to learn key business concepts such as marketing and sales; and also gain experience in operating a business and working as part of a team.

The initiative is a collaborative effort of St. George’s University, Grenlec and other organizations.
