Labour Minister To Meet With Relevant Parties Seeking To Bring Resolution To Current Industrial Impasse

From the Government Information Service, we understand that representatives of the Grenada Union of Teachers will be taking their argument for their 4% salary increase for their affiliates to Labour Minister, Peter David, tomorrow.

It’s the start of the process of mediation, in view of a recommendation made by the Labour Commissioner. The labour Minister will engage relevant parties as the Ministry of Labor continues efforts to bring resolution to the current industrial impasse.
