For the second time this week, the Ministry of Health has detected 1 person positive, as a result of their daily COVID surveillance routine.
This shows up in the report concerning activities by health officials yesterday.
The COVID case has been identified out of the 177 tests that were conducted, bringing the cumulative confirmed cases to 5,910, off which there have been 5,643 recoveries.
There have been 2 new recoveries over the reporting period.
Active cases now stand at 67.
There’s now only 1 person currently being hospitalized.
67 additional persons are reported to have received the second dose of vaccine yesterday, bringing to 34,943, the number of persons having taken the second jab.
The partially vaccinated population is recorded at 5,939.
