Grenada today launched the Sustainable Road Based Public Transport Plan (SRBPTP) to the tune of seven hundred and fifty thousand US dollars and is funded, by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB).

The project will seek to investigate closely the key issues affecting the quality and efficiency of road based transport services.

It will also examine options for sustainable public transport and reduction in the environmental impacts including mitigation for green house gases.
