Grenada’s third lockdown weekend has ended, with the Nation back up and about, after being confined to a rather quiet mode of life.
It’s been another of the extreme restrictive measures designed to get a handle on the explosive spike of the Coronavirus.
For yet another weekend health teams were throughout many communities as they took the COVID vaccination and testing operations to people in their respective districts.
Volunteers once again joined the bandwagon.
Medical professionals could be seen visiting households in several areas, either testing and/or vaccinating elderly individuals, out of the need to protect senior citizens from the deadly virus.
The week-end COVID health activities were complemented by the Nation’s call to Prayer, where religious leaders were occupied in virtual sessions appealing to God for divine assistance.
