Long Standing Grenadian Educator Laid To Rest 

Long-standing Grenadian Educator Ursula Antoine MBE is being taken to her final resting place.

Scores of mourners today converged at the Grenada National Cricket Stadium to pay their last respects.

Government and other officials paid tribute to the late educator.

Referring to Mrs. Antoine who was described as a national icon, Prime Minister Dr. Keith Mitchell says she was a blessing to all.

Extending her condolences to the late educator, Education Minister Emmalin Pierre remembers Mrs. Antoine as a very special lady and mentor.

Antoine passed away last month at the age of 74 she’s survived by her children.

Mrs. Antoine’s body was interred privately.
