Joshua Jones, 28 years old of Grand Anse Valley, St. George, was arrested and charged with the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving following investigations into the vehicular accident which occurred along the Grand Anse Public Road, St. George on November 19th, 2022, resulting in the death of Ruth Phillip, 38 years old resident of Concord, St. John.
Mr Jones was granted bail in the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00) with two (2) sureties.
His bail conditions include suspension of his Driver’s License pending the completion of the matter. He is also required to surrender all travel documents, and report to the South St. George Police Station every Wednesday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.
He is to appear at St. Georges Magistrate’s Court on 20th January, 2023.
