54-year-old, Farmer/Fisherman of Woburn, St. George, Roger Strachan, has been charged for causing death by reckless driving.
He was arrested and charged following investigations into the vehicular accident which occurred along The Limes Public Road, Grand Anse, St. George, on January 2nd, 2023, resulting in the death of Ms. Violet Joseph of The Limes, St. George.
Strachan was placed on bail in the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) with two (2) sureties.
As part of his bail condition, he must report to the South St. George Police Station every Wednesday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.
Heโs scheduled to appear at the St. Georgeโs Magistrateโs Court on Tuesday 20th June, 2023.
