Cosmo Hosten, 38 yrs Event Planner of True Blue, St. George, was arrested and charged for the offence of causing death by dangerous driving, committed on 06-Mar-23 at 04:36 am. The incident involved a black Honda CR-V van and a pedestrian, along the Maurice Bishop Highway, St. George, which claimed the life of 32 year old Asher McIntyre of Mt. Hartman, St. George.
He is scheduled to make his first court appearance at the No. 2 Magistrate court on Friday 31st March 2023 at 09:00 am.
