Kish Duncan, a 29-year-old mason of Harford Village, St. Andrew, has been charged with the offence of Non-Capital Murder, by unlawfully causing the death of Lennox Bain, 56 years old, of Mt. Carmel, St. Andrew, by unlawful harm.
The charge follows investigations into a fatal hit and run accident that occurred on Friday, 18th April 2025, at Marquis, St. Andrew.
Duncan is expected to make his first court appearance later this week.
