Kelly Penny, 35 years, Carpenter of Boca, St. George, was arrested and charged with Non-Capital Murder, for causing the death of Chris Alfred on Sunday November 13th.
Mr Penny appeared at the St. Georgeโs Magistrateโs Court today and was remanded to His Majestyโs Prisons.
He will return to court on December 5th 2022.
