A St. Lucian Citizen charged with four (4) counts of Rape and two (2) counts of Indecent Assault, made his first court appearance before the St. George Magistrateโs Court on Monday 21stย February, 2022.
Candius Matherine, 38 years, Landscaper, residing at Mt. Granby, St. John was granted bail in the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00ecc) with one (1) surety with the following condition;
- Surrender all travel documents
- Re-locate toย Chantimelle, St. Patrick
- No contact with the virtual complainant and all witnesses
- Report to Union Police Station every Wednesday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Matherine will reappear in court on Tuesday 26thย April, 2022.
