A call has been made for Grenadian health professionals based overseas or here at home to offer their services and expertise to support the staff at the Princess Royal Hospital and medical clinics on the islands of Carriacou and Petite Martinique.

The call by the Minister for Carriacou and Petite Martinique Affairs and Local Government, Tevin Andrews.

Minister Andrews was at the time delivering medical items, which includes crutches and bed sheets to the Princess Royal Hospital, donated by Lydia Andrews who resides in the United States.

Expressing gratitude for the donation, Minister Andrews said it’s always good when Kayaks residing abroad continuously make contributions towards the development of the twin-isle parish.

Senior Nursing Officer Therese Hamlet and Hospital Administrator Marissa McLawrence accepted the donation on behalf of the hospital.

Meanwhile, the Northern District of the Royal Grenada Police Force was also a recipient of items from Mrs. Andrews.
