There are reports that Grenada and its dependencies will likely be affected by two weather systems over the weekend.
NaDMA says it has been advised by the Meteorological Office at the Maurice Bishop International Airport.
According to the morning outlook, a tropical wave located about 700 miles East of the Windward Islands continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
The wave is expected to move westward and across the Windward Islands on the weekend.
In addition to the Tropical wave, Hurricane Jerry located 250 nautical miles East of the northern Leeward Islands is moving West North West at 16 mph and is also forecast to affect the islands on the weekend.
The met Office says there can be a medium chance of flooding.
The public reminded that Grenada is still into the 2019 Atlantic Hurricane Season, and is wise that close attention be paid to the revised prediction of an above average second half of the hurricane season.
NaDMA continues to encourage all citizens to be prepared at all times.
