Information reaching our news desk is that a mentally-challenged man of Bacolet, St. Andrew, is currently nursing chop wounds, following an incident on Thursday morning.
We understand the man who goes by the name ‘Best Dress’ was approached by an angry mother who it’s reported discovered that her son was physically assaulted by the man.
Both the victim and the accused are from the same area.
