The Ministry of Health has launched its COVID-19 Vaccination Population Survey.
The survey is being carried out to determine the concerns that citizens may have about the distribution of the vaccine.
This, the ministry says, is to provide adequate information to address individuals concerns.
Individuals interested in taking the survey are asked to visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RGY7XQL or scan the embedded QR Code on a flyer that is currently being circulated on whats-app.
The ministry says in order to ensure the integrity of the data collected individuals who may have already taken the survey are advised not to retake the survey.
The survey ends 8pm this Friday.
