Over 40 Thousand customers associated with Grenada’s lone water utility company, the National Water and Sewage Authority (NAWASA), can now access their bill balances and other information with the touch of a button.

NAWASA, yesterday, launched its mobile App giving its customers an easier way to access information about their accounts, in what’s being described as a fast, up-to-date and secure way.

Customers can now access their bill information on mobile.nawasa.gd.

NAWASA’s Deputy Chairman of the board of directors, Feron Lowe, says the launch of the new app, is the beginning of providing solutions tailor-made to customers’ needs.

Communications Officer at NAWASA, Jamila Lewis, indicated that the app is very customer-friendly.
