According to a police release, a needle was recently discovered in a cabbage. According to the release, the vendor in this matter seemed to be unaware that the cabbage was tampered with.
Persons are advised to inspect produce properly before using them and only purchase agricultural produce from authorized persons.
Investigations are ongoing.
