The Richmond Home for the elderly in Grenada is currently undergoing retrofitting work under the Smart Health Care Project.
It’s the 4th facility to undergo such changes.
At a brief ceremony during a visit by health officials and a tour of the facility, British High Commissioner in St. Georgem Wendy Freemanm says she’s delighted to be a part of the development of health facilities in Grenada.

The retrofitting project is Funded by the UK department for international development and implemented by the Pan American Health Organization PAHO.
