The question of vaccination is a complex, serious and sober issue that has to be addressed in a sensitive and clear manner.
That’s according to the newly-elected Political Leader of the NDC, Dickon Mitchell.
The question about vaccination in the fight against the coronavirus, which has aroused hectic debate within the population, was put to Dickon at a News Conference this afternoon, called by the political organization.
Dickon Mitchell says he’s vaccinated and encourages other persons to get vaccinated, but also respects the right of individuals whether they choose or do not choose to do so.
And, that’s his personal view, but governing a society is a different matter, which he explains.
Dickon Mitchell goes on to state that in governing the country they will look at the many plans that exist and will continue what’s in the best interest of the country, with implementation being foremost in mind, especially as it concerns sustainable development.
On the question of Dickon, his law firm and the CBI Programme, an issue which has provoked discussion on social media, the NDC Political Leader had this to say.
