Asché Marshall, 21 years old, I.T Trainee along with a juvenile both of Parade, St. George were arrested and jointly charged for the offence of Robbery with Violence (being armed with an Offensive Weapon, to wit, a Firearm) in connection with the Robbery which was reported on May 18th, at Green Dot Limited.
They both appeared at the St. George’s Magistrate’s Court today, Monday 22nd May 2023.
Asché Marshall was granted bail in the sum of $50,000.00 with one surety. Additional conditions;
(1) to surrender all travel documents.
(2) report once weekly to Central Police Station.
The juvenile was remanded to the Grand Bacolet Juvenile Rehabilitation Center.
They both are scheduled to return to court on Tuesday 13th June 2023.
