Opposition Leader, DR. Keith Mitchell, wants to see more initiatives being executed to provide hope for the Nation’s youth, especially in times of hardship and crises.
He made the point in a special interview this week that young people must not see themselves falling prey to decadent evils, and instead, search for opportunities to be a better individual.
Looking at a collaborative approach to engage the Nation’s youth, he challenges government, church and community leaders, to do more to avoid the Nation youth falling into the trap that leads to crime and violence.
Dr. Mitchell calls for more programmes of motivation and counseling sessions for young people.
As it relates to counseling session, Dr. Mitchell is off the view that the schools should not be left out.
