On Grenada’s 47TH Independence anniversary, Prime Minister, Dr. the Rt. Honorable Keith Mitchell, tells Grenadians to be more responsible, be positive and forge ahead building the country.
Dr. Mitchell reflects on some of the country’s major achievements on the observance of the occasion.
Pointing to Education, Tourism and Construction, Dr. Mitchell notes that amidst the challenges over the years there have been significant achievements.
Among the challenges and considering the global climate, Dr. Mitchell believes the government has done its part in protecting citizens.
Also, looking back, Dr. Mitchell pointed to the liberalization of the telecoms industry as a major achievement.
