We go over to neighboring Trinidad and Tobago where the People’s National Movement, under the leadership of Dr. Keith Rowley, gets another five-year term in control.
The election was held under unusual circumstances carved out by the threatening Coronavirus.
Dr. Rowley noted that while the party is moreso highly favored by the elderly in the election cycle, 2020 has shown that the Nation’s youth supported the PNM immensely.
