Police Arrest And Charged 4 Persons In Connection With The Offence Of Housebreaking And Stealing

Police have arrested and charged a number of persons in connection with the offence of housebreaking and stealing.

Charges were laid against William Dragon, 54-year-old unemployed, residing at Perdmontemps, St. David with five (5) counts of housebreaking and stealing.

Dragon appeared at the St. David Magistrateโ€™s Court last Friday and pleaded guilty was sentenced to five years imprisonment at Her Majestyโ€™s Prison.

Akim Hyacinth, a 23 year-old, unemployed residing at Happy Hill, St. George was charged with five (5) counts of housebreaking and stealing.

He appeared at the St. Georgeโ€™s Magistrateโ€™s Court yesterday and was remanded to Her Majestyโ€™s Prison to reappear in court on Friday January 26th.

Kerry St. Bernard, a 44 year-old, Farmer, residing at Marian, St. George was charged with seven (7) counts of housebreaking and stealing.

He appeared at the St. Georgeโ€™s Magistrateโ€™s Court yesterday to reappear in court on Tuesday 23rd January.

And Marlon Alexis, a 34 year-old, unemployed residing at Salisbury Road, St. Andrew was charged with twelve (12) counts of house breaking and stealing.

Alexis is currently in custody assisting police with further investigations.
