Police recovered 182 pounds of compressed Marijuana, a quantity of cocaine and confiscated a fishing boat during a joint operation carried out by the Drug Squad and Special ServicesUnit.
The discovery was made at Artiste Bay, La Poterie, St. Andrew on Thursday 24th November, 2016after the officers intercepted a fishing vessel that was occupied by at least four persons all of whom fled the scene.
Police investigations are continuing.
