Prices Of Petroleum Products Dip This Month

In the Energy Ministry’s Price adjustment on Petroleum products this month, gasoline at the pumps on mainland Grenada will be sold 37 cents less.

This month there’s a reduction in the prices for gasoline, diesel and kerosene and the 100-pound cylinder of cooking gas.

The price changes take effect tomorrow.

Gasoline at the pumps on the mainland will now be sold at $14.31 cents, down from $14.68 cents.

The price of diesel is reduced by fifty cents to $14.01 cents per gallon, while kerosene goes down fifty-nine cents to eight dollars and thirty-eight cents.

In Carriacou, gasoline is also down by the same margin, decreased to fourteen dollars and fourty-nine cents.

Diesel goes down to fourteen dollars and nineteen cents and Kerosene in Carriacou now eight dollars and fifty-eight cents.

In Petite Martinique, the price of gasoline moves from $9.36 cents to $8.99; diesel moves to eight dollars and ninety-nine cents and kerosene, eight dollars and fifty-eight cents.

There’s no change in the price of the 20-pound cylinder of cooking gas.

However, on the mainland, the 100-pound cylinder goes down from the old price of $213.65 to $204.60 cents.

Bulk goes down five cents to $2.15 cents in Grenada and the Sister Isles.

In Carriacou and Petite Martinique, the 100-pound cylinder will now be sold at $227.60 dollars.

The adjustments all show reduction, computed by the Energy division of the Ministry of Finance for the period, 13th January, 2020 to 12th, February 2020.
