Meantime, Prime Minister, Dr. the Rt. Hon. Keith Mitchell, says he’s optimistic an understanding will be reached regarding the 4% salary increase issue, which has brought about public officers’ uneasiness an demonstrations, surrounding the Government’s indication of its inability to meet its commitment at the time stipulated.
