Prime Minister Dickon Mitchell will this week travel to the United States to address the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly currently underway.

The high-level general debate kicked-off today under the theme: “Rebuilding trust and reigniting global solidarity: Accelerating action on the 2023 Agenda and its Sustainable Development Goals towards peace, prosperity, progress and sustainability for all”.

This session is expected to bring together hundreds of heads of state and government, ministers, bilateral and multilateral aid agencies, and civil society organizations.

Prime Minister Mitchell is expected to address the global community on Friday.
