The Public Workers Union (PWU) has taken to the streets protesting for incremental payments and salary increases for TAMCC lecturers.
PWU members who joined with GUT members last week over the issue, were on a sick out Monday and Tuesday.
Today, they joined the bandwagon on the TAMCC compounds.
They have sent a letter to the Labour commissioner with a payment plan for outstanding increments, July for 2019; a deadline of September 30 for 2020 and December 31 for 2021.
Hazzard spoke of the Union’s intention to escalate the industrial action.
