It is with deep sadness and disappointment that we announce the cancellation of Reggae Fest and Grenada Music Festival 2025.
The decision to cancel this year’s event was not made lightly, but we felt it was the right one. Thousands of dollars were already invested in securing Artists and preparing for the three day event. A subsequent press conference will be held to go into more details.
Reggae Fest has become a cherished event, bringing enjoyment and economic opportunities to thousands of Grenadians. It (Reggae Fest) is now the second largest Cultural/Entertainment event in Grenada, after Carnival, providing a vital platform for young Grenadian talents to gain exposure and pursue their dreams. Additionally, its impact extends beyond entertainment—it supported hundreds of vendors, bus and taxi operators, service providers, boutique outlets, hotels, Airbnbs, Airlines and Government, through Tax/Vat revenue.
The management and staff of Q west Promotions extend our heartfelt gratitude to our loyal patrons, sponsors, and supporters for your unwavering encouragement over the past two years. Your understanding during this challenging time means everything to us.
While there will be no Reggae Fest this year, we remain committed to exploring ways to bring the event in the future. Your continued support and ideas will be invaluable as we work toward this goal. Please stay tuned for updates and opportunities to collaborate with us in keeping this event alive.
