Voter and civic registration officer at the Parliamentary Elections Office, Ferdinand Phillip, continues to encourage individuals to see the registration process as a very important exercise and the need for updating their voter’s ID.
He explains the procedures for obtaining or renewing one’s voter’s ID card, especially where there’s a need for information to be updated.
Speaking about the Voter’s ID card, Phillip says it will now be issued for a ten year period.
Phillip is saying that individuals who are citizens of the other islands of the commonwealth can also register and obtain a voter’s ID card.
