With the Christmas season fast approaching, the Gaming Commission wishes to remind the general public that any Bingo Games, Raffles, and/or promotions (games of chance) you plan to hold require registration. This is in accordance with the Gaming Act No. 21 of 2016.
Additionally, persons/businesses whose licence are about to expire or have expired are also reminded of the need to renew them in order to continue hosting any of these activities during the holiday season.
