Inspector Vannie Curwen of the Royal Grenada Police Force says the news as it’s being presented is very disturbing from many perspectives.
He says the RGPF is taking the regulations seriously, with a view to enforcement.
Inspector Curwen says while some persons adhere strictly to the regulations, there are those who don’t.
