Police have arrested and charged a second individual for Breach of Quarantine. Kaymon Phillip, 25 years, Entrepreneur of River Sallee, St. Patrick, was charged for Failing to remain in Quarantine.
He was placed on twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) bail with two (2) sureties to appear in court on Tuesday November 3, 2020.
