The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers served by the Munich Water System that the current interruption in water supply is due to turbidity, resulting from heavy rainfall.
Restoration is anticipated by 2:00 p.m. today Tuesday December 29th, 2020.
The Munich Water System serves: Munich, Mt. Carmel, Tuilleries, part of Marquis and surrounding communities in the parish of St. Andrew
Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilise their stored supply, taking into consideration the needs of their family an pets.
The Authority apologises for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
