The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers in Conference, Dunfermline, Pearls and surrounding communities in the parish of St. Andrew that due to network maintenance, they will experience an interruption in water supply between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. today Wednesday December 2nd, 2020.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean, covered containers; prior to the scheduled interruption in supply.
Please also advised that although the system will be reopened at 6:00 p.m.; consumers in elevated areas, may not receive their supply until within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologises for any inconveniences caused and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
