The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA), advises consumers in Pepper Street, Marlmount, Requin, Belle Vue and surrounding communities in the parish of St. David that the current interruption in supply, is due to a damaged 6–inch water main.
Restoration is anticipated by 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to utilize their stored supply, taking into consideration the needs of their family and pets.
Please also be advised that although the network will be reopened at 6:00 p.m., consumers in elevated areas may receive a supply within two hours thereafter.
The Authority apologizes for any inconveniences likely to be caused as a result and thanks consumers their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
