The National Water and Sewerage Authority (NAWASA) advises consumers in Morne Rouge, the limes and surrounding communities in the parish of St. George that in order to facilitate installation of a bulk meter; they will experience and interruption in their water supply on Friday August 29th, 2020, between 9:00a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Consumers are therefore encouraged to collect and store water in clean, covered containers, prior to the scheduled supply interruption.
Please also advised that although the system will be reopened at 2:00 p.m., consumers in elevated areas, may not receive their supply until within two (2) hours after the scheduled restoration period.
The Authority apologises for any inconveniences and thanks consumers for their patience as we work towards the delivery of a safe, adequate and reliable water supply.
