The Grenada Technical and Allied Workersโ Union (GTAWU) and Communal Co-operative Credit Union Limited (CCCU) signed a Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for the Staff of Communal Co operative Credit Union Limited at the Ministry of Labour, Tuesday, March 25,2025.
The Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) covers the period January 04, 2020 to January 04,2026. Some of the improved benefits are: Salary Increases, Performance Related Increases, Job Evaluation, Staff Loan Concessions and Education Assistance.
Signing on behalf of Communal Co-operative Credit Union Limited was Mr. Michael Francois โ President and Mr. Phil Antione โ General Manager.
Signing on the behalf of GTAWU was Mr. M. Andre Lewis โ President General, Ms. Kadisha Andrew โIndustrial Relations Officer Jr. and Shop Steward, Ms. Shirley Stephen.
The signing was witnessed by the Labour Commissioner โ Mrs. Sparkle Grenade โ Courtney from the Ministry of Labour.
